Game Glimpse SMS Notification Terms & Conditions

The Program sends text message notifications about registration for league seasons and tournaments you opt in to be notified about on Game Glimpse, including alerts when registration opens, is closing soon, or has been extended.

You enroll in the Program by checking the consent box in the notification sign-up dialog on our website or app and confirming your enrollment. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive text messages from Game Glimpse at that number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of registering for any league.

Message frequency varies. You will generally receive up to 3 messages per registration period for each league you have subscribed to notifications for.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Game Glimpse does not charge for the Program, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to each message sent or received.

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages from the Program. You may also disable notifications from your account settings on Game Glimpse.

To rejoin the Program, sign up again through the notification dialog on our website or app.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us or update your account so we do not send messages intended for you to a number reassigned to someone else.

Your mobile phone number and your opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile phone number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
