Game Glimpse SMS Registration Notification Program Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Urban Alligator LLC d/b/a Game Glimpse (“Game Glimpse,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS notification program (the “Program”).
1. Information We Collect
When you opt in to the Program, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- A record of your consent, including the date, time, and the league(s) for which you requested notifications
- Message delivery logs, including messages sent to you and any replies you send (such as STOP or HELP)
2. How We Use This Information
We use this information solely to:
- Send you the notifications you requested (e.g., when league registration opens, is closing soon, or is extended)
- Honor your opt-out requests and maintain records of consent
- Respond to HELP requests and provide customer support
- Comply with applicable law and messaging industry requirements
3. Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to any third party for their own marketing use.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, with the sole exception of service providers acting on our behalf for the limited purpose of delivering the messages you requested (for example, our SMS delivery platform). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
The league operator associated with your notification request (for example, the league whose registration you asked to be notified about) can see that you signed up for notifications for their league, but does not receive your phone number from us for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your phone number and consent records for as long as you remain opted in, and thereafter as needed to maintain a record of your opt-out (so we do not message you again) and to comply with legal and messaging industry record-keeping requirements.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information described in this policy against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
6. Your Choices
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message from us, or disable notifications in your Game Glimpse account settings. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@glimpse.game.
7. Children
The Program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children under 13 through the Program. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us a phone number, contact us at hello@glimpse.game and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
