Flag Football Video Crew Member

The Gist

Are you a football fan or player? Do you know the difference between a touchdown and a touchback? Game Glimpse is hiring part-time video crew members to capture play-by-play video of adult and youth flag football leagues across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties this summer and beyond.

Perfect for high school (16+) and college students, or any football fan looking to make some extra cash! Get paid to be on the sidelines, watching the action and capturing players' biggest highlights.

The Pay

• Hourly rate: $18.50/hr starting rate
• Weather bonuses: extra pay for shifts that run through extreme South Florida heat or rain

The Schedule

• Shifts: nights and weekends (we'll find games that fit your schedule)
• Training (paid): self-guided training (online videos) plus at least one paid field training shift

Locations

Fields across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

The Job

We provide the smartphone and the gear. You provide the Football IQ.

• Point and shoot: Film every play of flag football games using our app and a smartphone we provide.
• Log the results: Using our app, tap the screen to tag the result of each play (TD, INT, Sack, First Down, Completion, etc.)
• Stay mobile: You'll be on the sidelines, moving with the line of scrimmage (10–20 yards ahead of the play).

What You Need

• Football fluency: Know the flow of the game cold. You'll need to track possessions, downs, turnovers, and penalties in real-time.
• Physical endurance: You'll be standing and moving on grass for the whole shift in the South Florida sun (or rain).
• Reliable transportation: You'll need to get yourself to and from assigned games. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early every time.
• Reliability: Players are counting on you to be there to capture their highlights!
• Age: Must be 16+ years old.

Why Do This?

• Get paid to watch football: You'll be feet away from the action, capturing big plays as they happen.
• Flexible schedule: Away for a week? No problem!
• Easy application: Have a resume? Great. Don't have one? No problem: just type a few bullet points of jobs or other responsibilities you've had. First job ever? This is a good one to start with!

The Application Process

• Apply: Fill out our quick application (takes <10 mins).
• Chat: Quick 20-min phone interview.
• Get hired: Offer letter sent within a few days.
