Are you a football fan or player? Do you know the difference between a touchdown and a touchback? Game Glimpse is hiring part-time video crew members to capture play-by-play video of adult and youth flag football leagues across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties this summer and beyond.
Perfect for high school (16+) and college students, or any football fan looking to make some extra cash! Get paid to be on the sidelines, watching the action and capturing players' biggest highlights.
The Pay
Hourly rate: $18.50/hr starting rate
Weather bonuses: extra pay for shifts that run through extreme South Florida heat or rain
The Schedule
Shifts: nights and weekends (we'll find games that fit your schedule)
Training (paid): self-guided training (online videos) plus at least one paid field training shift
Locations
Fields across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
The Job
We provide the smartphone and the gear. You provide the Football IQ.
Point and shoot: Film every play of flag football games using our app and a smartphone we provide.
Log the results: Using our app, tap the screen to tag the result of each play (TD, INT, Sack, First Down, Completion, etc.)
Stay mobile: You'll be on the sidelines, moving with the line of scrimmage (10–20 yards ahead of the play).
What You Need
Football fluency: Know the flow of the game cold. You'll need to track possessions, downs, turnovers, and penalties in real-time.
Physical endurance: You'll be standing and moving on grass for the whole shift in the South Florida sun (or rain).
Reliable transportation: You'll need to get yourself to and from assigned games. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early every time.
Reliability: Players are counting on you to be there to capture their highlights!
Age: Must be 16+ years old.
