Game Glimpse is hiring part-time videographers to capture play-by-play footage of adult flag football leagues across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. We're building a platform to spotlight the most underrated athletes in South Florida — and we need your help.

This role is ideal for people who love football, don't mind getting in some cardio while they work, and are serious about showing up on time, locked in.

Quick Details

  • Pay: $15-20/hr (based on previous work history/experience) + bonuses for heat, rain, performance
  • Schedule: Nights + weekends, flexible shifts
  • Where: Fields across PBC, Broward, and Miami-Dade
  • Who: Ages 16+, basic football knowledge, ability to stay mobile, and reliable transportation. Those under the age of 18 may be required to provide a signed parent or guardian consent form.

What You'll Do

  • Use the Game Glimpse app and a phone we provide you to film every play of a game and log the result of each play (e.g. touchdown, 1st down, penalty)
  • Move actively to keep ~10-20 yards ahead of the line of scrimmage for the best camera angles: sprint optional, hustle mandatory
  • Review feedback between shifts and improve your footage with every game
  • Keep our gear clean, charged, and ready to go
  • Follow sideline safety and lightning protocols and other Game Glimpse policies

What you'll need

  • Football fluency
    You don't need to have played, but you should know the game cold. Can you track downs, conversions, turnovers and penalties — even during no-huddle tempo? ✅
  • Physical endurance
    This isn't a chair-and-tripod job. You'll be on your feet for multiple games per shift, adjusting angles, sometimes jogging the field. Summer day games = full South Florida sun and heat, no shade.
  • Reliable transportation
    You'll need to get yourself to and from assigned games. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early every time.

The process:

  • Complete a ~15 minute video interview and get a chance to ask any more questions you may have.
  • Complete our paid self-guided training (online videos) and at least one paid field training (you'll practice recording a game with a more experienced videographer at your side to help), then you'll be ready to capture games on your own!
